Reports To: Vice President, Pricing and Revenue Growth Management

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term

About the Company

Revenue Optics is a U.S.-based B2B growth advisory firm helping distributors, manufacturers, and private equity-backed companies unlock profitable revenue growth. Our work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, pricing, sales coverage, revenue operations, artificial intelligence, and talent. We do not deliver recommendations and walk away. We help clients identify trapped revenue, build the operating model, and execute the change.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Management Consultant to help lead the day-to-day execution of client engagements across pricing and revenue growth management. This is not an administrative support role. You will operate in a position similar to an Engagement Manager or Project Leader within a management consulting firm. You will coordinate the engagement team, manage client communication, translate complex analysis into executive-ready recommendations, and ensure every commitment is delivered on time and at a high standard. You will work closely with our Vice President of Pricing and Revenue Growth Management, data scientists, analysts, project managers, and other specialists across Revenue Optics.

Responsibilities

- Client Engagement Management

- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.

- Manage engagements from client intake and kickoff through final delivery and post-engagement follow-up.

- Translate the statement of work into a clear execution plan with owners, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.

- Maintain a complete understanding of what Revenue Optics has committed to deliver.

- Facilitate client meetings, document decisions, and ensure action items are completed.

- Anticipate risks and resolve issues before they affect the client.

- Executive Storytelling and Deliverables

- Turn pricing analysis, commercial data, and technical findings into clear executive-level narratives.

- Build and write polished client presentations for CEOs, commercial leaders, and private equity stakeholders.

- Connect analysis to business implications, recommendations, EBITDA impact, and required actions.

- Review every deliverable for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and executive readiness.

- Present findings and recommendations during client working sessions.

- Project and Team Leadership

- Coordinate data scientists, analysts, project managers, and other contributors across multiple workstreams.

- Establish a disciplined operating cadence for priorities, deadlines, decisions, and deliverables.

- Hold contributors accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.

- Keep senior leadership informed of progress, risks, scope changes, and client concerns.

- Create structure in fast-moving, occasionally ambiguous situations.

- Commercial and Scope Discipline

- Monitor engagement scope, timelines, deliverables, and client requests.

- Identify scope expansion and flag commercial implications before additional work is performed.

- Help protect engagement margins without compromising the client relationship.

- Identify opportunities where Revenue Optics can create additional measurable value for the client.

- Support follow-on proposals, expanded engagements, and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- 5 or more years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, pricing, commercial excellence, revenue growth management, business transformation, or a comparable client-facing advisory role.

- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level presentations from data, analysis, and incomplete inputs.

- Strong business writing and structured problem-solving skills.

- Experience communicating with U.S. or international business stakeholders.

- Strong command of PowerPoint, Excel, and project-management tools.

- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard without constant supervision.

- Willingness and ability to work full U.S. business hours from India.

Required Skills

- Experience with a recognized management consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, Big Four advisory practice, pricing consultancy, or B2B commercial advisory firm.

- Exposure to pricing strategy, revenue growth management, commercial excellence, sales transformation, or profitability improvement.

- Experience serving industrial distribution, manufacturing, private equity, or B2B services clients.

- Ability to interpret financial and commercial analysis, including revenue, gross margin, pricing, customer segmentation, and EBITDA impact.

- Experience working directly with senior executives.

- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar commercial platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Think like a consultant but execute like an operator.

- Can move from analysis to recommendation to action.

- Know how to challenge weak logic constructively.

- Are comfortable working directly with senior leaders.

- Bring order, accountability, and clarity to complex engagements.

- Can build the deck, manage the meeting, and drive the follow-through.

- Care deeply about accuracy and understand that details shape client trust.

- Prefer meaningful ownership over narrowly defined responsibilities.

This position is based in India and requires full alignment with U.S. Central Time business hours. Applicants must be able to work this schedule consistently. This is not a rotational or occasional night-shift requirement.
