Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of systems engineers focused on the design and development of agentic systems.
- Oversee all phases of systems engineering projects, from conceptual design to implementation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of agentic systems into larger projects.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for systems engineering.
- Ensure that all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving meetings, ensuring the team remains focused on goals and efficiency.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field with a focus on agentic systems.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing technical projects.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering life cycles and methodologies.
- Experience working in on-site settings and full-time project commitments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of agentic systems and their applications in various industries.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software.
- Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual priorities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and project roadmaps effectively.
