Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer / Generative AI Engineer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong programming experience with Python.
Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
General understanding of Foundation Models, including:
- Large Language Models (LLM)
- Embeddings
- Speech-to-Text (STT)
- Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Experience with FastAPI and OpenAPI.
Experience with LangGraph or similar AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
Understanding of AI Agent architecture, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
Strong understanding of building secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
