CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Pulomas, East Jakarta
Working Model: Full Onsite
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major; Design/Marketing background preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Campaign Management.
- Experience with WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Mobile App Push campaigns.
- Able to plan and manage marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Experience creating KVs, banners, and promotional materials.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
- Familiar with customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
- MoEngage or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
