Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize DealCloud CRM to meet complex business requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations within DealCloud.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations and related automation.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DealCloud-related issues.
- Manage deal pipelines, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Document configurations, development processes, and user guides.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in CRM development, integrations, and reporting.
- API development and integration experience (REST/SOAP).
- Reporting and analytics for deal pipeline decision-making.
- DealCloud CRM configuration and customization (entities, fields, workflows, dashboards).
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI-related configuration within CRM.
Good to Have:
- Power Platform experience.
- DealCloud CRM development experience with advanced workflows and automation.
Education: Any Graduation (Computer Science or Information Technology preferred).
