Time: Full-Time (MST during onboarding/training, flexible post-training)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $2,000/month USD

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Healthcare Provider Credentialing & Administration Specialist to manage the end-to-end credentialing process, payer roster submissions, and database maintenance. This role requires a meticulous professional who will ensure all healthcare provider profiles, licensing, and expirables remain active and fully compliant across all necessary platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly provider and payer status reports.

• Perform routine CAQH provider re-attestations and profile updates.

• Submit updated provider rosters directly to insurance payers.

• Verify and update payer provider directories to maintain accurate network information.

• Oversee the ongoing maintenance and tracking of provider expirables, including licensing, DEA, sanction/debarment exclusions, CME, immunizations, ACLS/BLS, board certifications, and professional liability insurance.

• Set up and continuously update provider profiles within MD-Staff software.

• Obtain, review, and distribute monthly payer newsletters to relevant internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administration.

• Direct experience working with CAQH and credentialing software such as MD-Staff.

• Strong familiarity with commercial and government payer processes and provider directories.

• Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail regarding expiration tracking and compliance documents.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines effectively in a remote setting.

• Proficiency with standard office software, spreadsheets, and database management.
