We’re looking for a creative and highly motivated Content Marketing Manager to help build engaging content around our products, ideas, and brand. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands social media, internet culture, and what makes people stop scrolling and share content.

What You’ll Do
- Develop creative content strategies across social media and digital channels
- Create compelling content that drives organic engagement, awareness, and growth
- Turn product features and ideas into simple, entertaining, and shareable stories
- Develop concepts for short-form videos, social posts, graphics, campaigns, and product announcements
- Monitor social and cultural trends to identify opportunities for high-performing content
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to understand key product benefits
- Test different content formats, hooks, messaging, and creative approaches
- Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Assist with landing pages, presentations, marketing materials, and other brand content
What We’re Looking For
- 0–4 years of professional experience
- Experience or strong interest in content marketing, social media, growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative instincts and an understanding of online culture
- Ability to create content that is interesting, engaging, and highly shareable
- Comfortable experimenting with new ideas and formats
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
A Great Candidate Might Have
- Created social content or videos that achieved strong organic engagement
- Built content for a startup, product, creator brand, or growing company
- Experience experimenting with different hooks, formats, or messaging
- A portfolio of videos, social posts, graphics, campaigns, or other creative work
- A strong understanding of what makes content shareable and potentially viral
- Curiosity about products, technology, trends, and internet culture
