Machine Shop Supervisor - Managing employees + experience in Mastercam and CNC lathes responsible for the following roles in OEE
Permanent position| The company is in Johannesburg nearly near Roodepoort
Must be willing to relocate as the Company does not pay for Petrol going to and back from work.
Must have Matric / Grade 12.
Must have Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Must have working experience as a Machine Shop Supervisor managing employees and must have experience in Mastercam and CNC lathes responsible for the following roles in OEE
Must have gained experience Managing of machinists and apprentices, gained Staff training and performance management.
Must have working experience in Supervising staff in CNC lathes, machining centres and manual machines.
Must have done supervising of Machine set up and Mastercam programming and understanding
Must have Planning daily production and machine loading experience.

Must have Quality control and first-off inspections.
Must have working experience in Tooling selection and tool life management.
Must have experience in Production scheduling and on-time delivery.
Health and safety compliance.
Must have working Experience in Machine maintenance coordination.
Must have work experience in Continuous improvement (5S, lean manufacturing, OEE).
To start as soon as possible
Salary budget is maximum R50,000 CTC per month – not negotiable (** Salary package is dependent on skills, Qualifications and years of relevant experience only**) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus
Please note there is a Pension Scheme which will be taken off your Net Salary, which is not negotiable. NB :The company does not pay half of the pension
