About the Role
US Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented US Staffing Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing and end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to one or more of the following domains: IT, Engineering, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Semiconductor.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and presenting candidates for various US-based requirements while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions across IT, Engineering, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Semiconductor domains.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, and other applicable US staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume requirements.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening, qualification, and interview coordination.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant skills, experience, and domain expertise.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation/rates where required and support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
- Meet defined submission, interview, placement, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation, and client-specific requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and employment types.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.
- Experience working with ATS/VMS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively during US/EST business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Exposure to enterprise clients and large-scale recruitment programs.
- Experience handling niche/technical requirements.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories such as H-1B, Green Card, EAD, OPT/CPT, and US Citizen.
- Experience in RPO, MSP, or direct client hiring will be an added advantage.
