PanScience Innovations (PSI) is a technology-driven company building scalable AI-powered products and enterprise software solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who can own projects end-to-end and build production-ready applications using modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own software projects from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Build scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Design and optimize relational databases and queries.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), REST APIs, and cloud-native environments.
- Leverage Claude Code, Claude Computing, and Antigravity for AI-assisted development.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Python, Node.js, and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of DBMS, REST APIs, SDLC, Git, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Claude Code, Claude Computing, and Antigravity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
- Ability to independently deliver production-grade applications.
Good to Have:
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based application development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
