Recruitment Coordinator
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $85-100K
US Citizens/GC Holders Only; No Visa Sponsorship
Within this role, you will drive the hiring process forward, while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally. You will partner with recruiters and work with AI to execute all aspects of our recruiting process, participating in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field of study, along with keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent project management and facilitation skills
- Comfort with generative AI and other technology-enabled tools, and an interest in using them to support established workflows and improve efficiency, consistency, and deliverables
- Experience adhering to operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced environment
- A client-service mindset and an aptitude for supporting a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working for a financial firm; hedge fund industry experience is preferred
