Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with government department & agencies, and external partners to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Measure project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects adhere to government policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all project deliverables.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure optimal productivity
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Management, Technology, Operations or related discipline from reputed institute.
Experience Criteria:
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Project/Program Management, Digital Transformation, IT Consulting or Technology Implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Government/Public Sector, e-Governance or large-scale digital transformation projects will be preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology projects and implementation partners.
- Experience with Central/State Government departments, e-Governance, DPI, Single Window Systems or Ease of Doing Business initiatives will be highly desirable.
Key Skills:
- Strong project planning, delivery and governance skills.
- Excellent government stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.• Working knowledge of APIs, system integration, cloud, cybersecurity and DevSecOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/project management tools; knowledge of JIRA, MS Project/Planner or equivalent will be an advantage.
Desirable Certifications:
- PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP / CMMI / Scrum or equivalent certification.
