Role Overview: The Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses, repairs, and performs complex vehicle maintenance following manufacturer and company standards. They ensure high-quality service, effectively communicate technical issues to customers and staff, and adhere to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct vehicle diagnostics, execute repairs efficiently, explain technical diagnoses, recommend necessary services, and document all work accurately. Follow safety protocols and company policies, while demonstrating flexibility in work schedules.
Qualifications: Prior automotive technician experience or ASE certifications, proficiency with diagnostic tools, valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Technical school experience is a plus.
