Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the founders’ calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
- Act as a point of coordination between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage emails, messages, documents, and other executive communications as required.
- Business & Operations:
- Track ongoing tasks, projects, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain trackers, reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Help streamline recurring processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the founders in executing strategic and operational priorities.
- Research & Analysis:
- Research companies, industries, markets, competitors, and potential partners.
- Prepare concise summaries, briefs, and presentations for the founders.
- Gather and organise information required for meetings, partnerships, and business decisions.
- Partnerships & Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients, colleges, corporate partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist with outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and partnership-related activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through on commitments made by the company.
- Ad-hoc Founder Support:
- Handle time-sensitive and confidential assignments with discretion.
- Take ownership of tasks assigned directly by the founders.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve or escalate them.
- Be comfortable switching between different priorities based on business requirements.
