Role Overview
Responsible for managing all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Ensures store is properly staffed, maintains safety and security standards, and oversees daily opening and closing procedures. Evaluates financial performance by analyzing sales, expenses, and inventory levels. Facilitates merchandise presentation and stock management, controls damages and shrinkage, and maintains accurate inventory records. Upholds company policies, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Ensures a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment and provides leadership to staff for continuous development.
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to interpret operational documents, perform basic math, and manage cash procedures. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff with a focus on legal compliance. Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, with retail management experience advantageous.
