Role Overview
Support and oversee large cross-border outsourcing projects related to employment-based processes, including HR policies, benefits, taxes, and relocations.
Assist in managing daily services within the global HR practice, coordinate with third-party providers, and mentor bilingual staff.
Serve as a primary contact for Japanese and Korean clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outsourcing engagements, focusing on international employment and relocation processes.
- Support client organizations, especially those headquartered in Japan and Korea, providing comprehensive HR support for international assignments.
- Develop and monitor service models to ensure consistent, high-level client experience and adherence to service agreements.
- Coordinate with third-party providers, leverage technology, and support employee transfers and HR documentation, including translation services.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of recent HR support or administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of international employment compensation, compliance, and transfer documentation.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as payroll, Workday, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Taleo; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Japanese; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
