Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BBA Intern role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The intern will support daily recruitment operations, including sourcing candidates, assisting with screening and shortlisting, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating interviews. They will help prepare job descriptions, update job postings, and assist in communicating with candidates and clients under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves collecting and organizing recruitment metrics, preparing basic reports, and supporting marketing or employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition. The intern will collaborate with recruiters and account managers, learn recruitment best practices, and contribute to a professional and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
- Active enrollment in a BBA or equivalent business program, with interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
- Basic understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, designers, QA, DevOps) and willingness to learn more about technology hiring.
- Competence in MS Office or Google Workspace (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) and general digital literacy.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, collaborate in a team environment, and follow structured processes.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or business operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort with using online job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic research tools for talent sourcing.
