We are looking for a GenAI Architect with strong Telecom Data Architecture, Data Migration, and Agentic AI experience to lead a large-scale Data & AI transformation program.
🔑 MUST-HAVE SKILLS
✅ 15+ years in Architecture / Data / Telecom
✅ Strong Telecom OSS/BSS Architecture experience
✅ End-to-end Data Migration – must have completed at least one full lifecycle migration project
✅ Strong Data Architecture & Data Modeling
✅ ETL, Python & SQL
✅ Azure Synapse / Modern Cloud Data Platform
✅ Hands-on experience with Migration Controller – built or used
✅ Agentic AI experience specifically applied to Data Migration
✅ Canonical data modeling & integration patterns
✅ AI/ML platform architecture & data lifecycle
✅ Data governance, security, lineage & quality
✅ Strong client-facing architecture & executive communication
⭐ PREFERRED
• Azure Architecture Certification
• Databricks / Microsoft Fabric
• Streaming / MLOps
• TM Forum standards
• Large-scale Telecom modernization experience
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define target-state Data & AI architecture
• Lead end-to-end migration architecture and transition roadmap
• Design ingestion, lake, Synapse, curated, semantic, AI and consumption layers
• Define Batch, CDC, API, File & Event integration patterns
• Establish security, governance, resilience, performance and cost standards
• Lead architecture workshops and technical governance
• Coordinate with BSS, OSS, Cloud, Data, AI & Security teams
• Provide executive-level technical guidance and risk management
