- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Delivery or Project Management roles.
- Strong experience managing application development and software delivery projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in distributed and offshore/onshore environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, or enterprise application environments.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
