Must-Have Skills

- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.

- Strong experience withAWS/cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience withCI/CD, DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Mandatory experience using AI development/coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Windsurf, or similar.
- Experience driving cloud modernization, performance, scalability, and reliability initiatives.
- Strong Agile, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
