What You’ll Do
- Support deal execution by logging and completing analytical requests from business partners for active deals and pitches.
- Contribute to AI initiatives: develop and evaluate AI agents and build MCP-connected workflows that integrate internal and third‑party data sources to automate and enhance analytics and deal execution.
- Produce research and analytics projects using third‑party CRE and macro data partnerships (e.g., Placer.ai, Oxford Economics) in collaboration with Data and Analytics teams.
- Create, curate, and load unique datasets into a Snowflake data warehouse; ensure data quality and maintain pipelines.
- Build and maintain internal business intelligence dashboards and visualizations (Sigma, Power BI, custom tools) to support stakeholders.
- Apply record linkage and entity-resolution techniques to merge proprietary deal data with external sources for richer analytics.
- Train and support business users on existing and emerging BI tools and analytics workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong Python programming skills for data preparation, modeling, and automation.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with Snowflake or other OLAP/data‑warehouse platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with business intelligence tools (Sigma, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid Excel skills (power user level).
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity or interest in financial analytics and capital markets workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical analysis into actionable business insights.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior exposure to CRE (commercial real estate) data providers and industry data sets.
- Experience with Azure cloud services or similar cloud platforms.
- Background as a financial or capital markets analyst.
- Familiarity with integrating third‑party APIs and automating data ingestion.
- Experience with record linkage/entity resolution techniques and data deduplication.
Location & Logistics
- Employment type: Full‑time, permanent.
- Work model: Hybrid — role is based in New York, NY; expects a mix of on‑site and remote work.
- Expected level: Entry level (early career candidates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $88,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual pay within this range will depend on qualifications, experience, geography, and other job‑related factors.
- Additional compensation and benefits may include bonus structure, paid time off (PTO), and standard benefits offered by the employer.
