Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Veeva CRM Consultant / Technical Lead with a strong background in Veeva CRM and pharmaceutical/life sciences commercial IT. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering Veeva solutions and working closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Data, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Veeva CRM configuration, administration, enhancement, and solution delivery.
- Work extensively with Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva Network, Veeva Vault, and OpenData.
- Manage Territory Management, Roster Management, Sales Force Alignment, Call Planning, Targeting, and Assignment Rules.
- Configure and support Account Management, Call Planning & Scheduling, Approved Email, CLM, Products, and Multichannel Cycle Plans.
- Design and support Veeva CRM–Align integrations, including field mappings and sales-force deployment.
- Implement and support Veeva Engage and digital engagement capabilities.
- Support pharmaceutical Commercial and Medical business processes, including field sales and MSL organizations.
- Work with Veeva Network/master data and third-party/data warehouse integrations.
- Develop and support integrations using APIs and integration platforms; SnapLogic experience is a plus.
- Manage Veeva releases, enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and application issues.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, Data, and IT teams.
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce administration/development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SQL, and Data Loader, where applicable.
- Prepare technical/functional documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Lead technical teams and communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders.
