We are seeking a Enterprise Solution Architect – AI Management to implement a global AI management model. This role works closely with the IT Lead - AI Management Lead and all of our business units to drive the proper adoption of our AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive and experienced with AI in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise governance standards and approved technology stack

- Collaborate closely with the AI Management Lead to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and risk controls

- Translate governance standards, policies, and architectural guardrails into technical solution designs and implementations

- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems (ERP, MES, business applications) using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

- Develop and deploy AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and data-driven use cases

- Define and implement data pipelines and data access patterns required for AI use cases, ensuring performance, scalability, and security

- Develop, test, and optimize AI models and workflows, including prompt design, orchestration, and evaluation

- Establish reusable architecture patterns, components, and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption across business units

- Support business units in prototyping, validating, and deploying AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture

- Troubleshoot and optimize AI solutions, including performance, cost, and reliability

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the enterprise AI architecture

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or related field

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business languages

- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions, data architectures, or enterprise applications

- Strong hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLM ecosystem, RAG architecture, AI orchestration and MLOps concepts

- Strong hands-on experience with relevant tools such as Airflow, Airbyte, MLFlow, LangGraph / LangSmith, Kafka, qdrant or similar tools

- Strong understanding of data architecture, data access patterns and performance and scalability optimization

- Ability to translate architectural standards into working solutions

- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

- Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience

- 1+ years of experience with the Shakudo Platform
