Location: London | Hybrid
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + £4,500 car allowance + Bonus

The Role
We’re looking for a Manager – AI & Data Architect to join the Technology & Data practice.
You’ll design and deliver end-to-end data architecture solutions across complex client environments, covering modern data platforms, cloud, data engineering, analytics and AI. Alongside the technical delivery, you’ll provide architectural leadership and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and own end-to-end data architecture solutions.
- Architect scalable data platforms, pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Integrate modern cloud platforms with legacy technologies.
- Establish best practice across security, scalability, performance and cost.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture governance.
- Drive data quality and governance across the data lifecycle.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance data solutions.
- Work with platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience across data engineering / data architecture.
- Experience designing data platforms, pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong cloud data engineering experience.
- Knowledge of data modelling and governance.
- Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration and responsible AI.
- Strong client-facing, advisory and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical projects or workstreams.
