For a project in the banking sector, we are looking for a System Analyst (f/m/x). The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing business and system requirements in the area of payment cards and supporting the implementation of new functionalities and solutions. We are looking for someone who can effectively connect business needs with technological capabilities and ensures high quality of delivered solutions.
Your tasks
- Analyzing and reconciling business requirements related to card products and processes
- Creating functional specifications and analytical documentation
- Mapping business processes and recommending improvements
- Collaborating with payment organizations and business and technical teams
- Participating in the implementation of new functionalities and changes in existing systems
- Preparing test scenarios and supporting test execution
- Participating in projects related to data and system migration
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the area of cards and payments
- Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
- Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation, SQL
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes
- Proficiency in English enabling smooth work with documentation and stakeholders
- Openness to hybrid work in Warsaw (2 days a week)
- Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish
