About the Job
Our client is a high-growth technology enterprise scaling user engagement across global digital platforms, creator economies, and interactive ecosystems. We are seeking an analytical, narrative-driven Content Strategist to serve as the editorial engine behind our multi-channel brand presence. In this role, you won't just be writing copy; you will architect comprehensive content frameworks, define our global verbal identity, and design end-to-end content journeys that attract, educate, and retain audiences. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and performance marketing, using data-driven insights to maximize content ROI.
Why Join Us
- High-Impact Narrative Ownership: Take full operational ownership of major editorial channels. At our 2–5 year mid-level tier, you will directly influence the brand's voice, pitch innovative media formats, and shape how millions of users interact with our platform.
- Data-First Creative Culture: Move past standard creative guesswork. Work in an ecosystem where your strategic content initiatives are backed by advanced analytics, allowing you to test hypotheses and scale winning content models rapidly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Product Managers, UX Designers, SEO Specialists, and Growth Marketers, expanding your skill set across the entire digital product and marketing spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Content Framework & Strategy Architecture: Define, document, and execute comprehensive content strategies across our ecosystem (including blogs, email marketing, whitepapers, social media channels, and digital campaigns) aligned with core business growth goals.
- Editorial Pipeline Management: Own and scale the cross-functional content calendar, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of high-quality content pieces from conceptual ideation and research through editing, production, and localization.
- Audience Journey Mapping & Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-converting copy tailored to specific target personas at various stages of the marketing funnel, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital customer touchpoints.
- Performance Analysis & Data Optimization: Monitor and analyze core content performance metrics (such as organic traffic, scroll depth, conversion rates, newsletter CTRs, and engagement loops), using insights to continuously refine our content distribution framework.
- Brand Voice Standardization: Collaborate with product and creative teams to establish, maintain, and enforce comprehensive verbal identity guidelines and content governance structures across the entire organization.
Requirements
- Education & Domain Literacy: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a heavily narrative/quantitative discipline.
- Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Content Strategist, Content Marketer, or Editorial Specialist—ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS, tech-forward start-up, or leading digital agency environment.
- Stunning Portfolio of Work: A diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, content frameworks, and exceptional copywriting capability across a variety of media types (long-form articles, short-form conversion copy, email campaigns, etc.).
- SEO & Content Tooling Command: Practical, daily familiarity with industry-standard content tools and SEO suites, including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and modern Content Management Systems (WordPress, Contentful, or Webflow).
- Analytical Aptitude: A strong baseline comfort with data. You must be able to look at application metrics or spreadsheet data, draw accurate conclusions about user behavior, and pivot your creative execution based on those findings.
- Flawless Communication & Copy Polish: Elite verbal and written communication skills with an obsession for grammatical precision, scannability, and structural clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing multi-language content localization or cross-border distribution channels.
- Foundational familiarity with basic UX writing and how copy integrates into product interface design.
- Experience utilizing design software (Figma or Adobe Creative Suite) or collaborative project spaces (Asana, Notion, or Jira) to streamline creative workflows.
