Data Analytics Partner, People Analytics | Remote, US
Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and business leaders to transform workforce and recruiting data into actionable insights that improve hiring effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and equity. Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, investigate complex business questions, ensure data quality, and translate analytical findings into recommendations that support workforce planning and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Talent Acquisition and workforce data to identify trends, performance drivers, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, clear hypotheses, and actionable insights.
- Monitor key recruiting and Talent Acquisition metrics and investigate the underlying causes of changes in performance.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct independent data investigations and data forensics using enterprise data warehouses and complex datasets.
- Validate data, standardize definitions and calculations, and maintain high standards for data quality and consistency.
- Develop analytical reports, visualizations, and storytelling tailored to executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Manage analytics projects from problem definition and requirements gathering through analysis, implementation, and impact measurement.
- Apply product management and design-thinking principles to improve employee and candidate experiences.
- Prototype and iterate data-driven solutions based on stakeholder and employee needs.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve analytical productivity, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and provide recommendations that drive organizational decisions.
