Description
Our client seeks a Senior HR Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver full lifecycle recruiting. You will craft position descriptions, source diverse pipelines, market the employer brand, screen candidates, advise on process, and negotiate offers. You will leverage data to report status and results, collaborate across a high-performing team, and use innovative sourcing to find top talent.
This is a contract opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including job descriptions, sourcing, branding, screening, process advising, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent from identification through closing.
- Promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion across a team of recruiters.
- Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
- Source candidates using search engines, career sites, events, and other innovative techniques.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination.
- Preferred: PHR certification.
- Preferred: 4+ years of corporate full lifecycle recruiting, research, and sourcing.
- Preferred: 2+ years consulting with multiple hiring managers while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
- Experience with compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
