We are seeking an ambitious, highly technical Mid-Level Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of their core platform architectures. Responsibilities
- Architecture & Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices to support evolving global client demands.
- Code Quality & Stewardship: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while establishing, scaling, and documenting robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing patterns.
- System Optimization & Reliability: Support the infrastructure engineering process by monitoring system performance, identifying latency bottlenecks, and translating operational metrics into efficiency iterations.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and QA teams to deliver precise technical specifications and perform comprehensive post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven professional software engineering experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems or enterprise digital platforms.
- Technical Tooling: High proficiency in at least one core backend language (e.g., Go, Java, C++, or Python) paired with a solid understanding of relational/non-relational databases, microservices architecture, and cloud constraints (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized given our deeply integrated global client portfolio.
- Mindset: Highly receptive to rigorous peer code reviews, deeply detail-oriented, and possessing a collaborative, problem-solving approach to eliminating technical debt and engineering friction.

- Salary Range: $145,000 – $185,000 base structure + Annual Performance Bonus, Sign-on Bonus, Equity/RSUs & Premium Corporate Health Benefits.
