About This Opportunity
Primary purpose of the Data Analyst I role is to leverage modern data systems and analytics platforms
to uncover insights and support key strategic initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities
- Build predictive and statistical analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Python to support
strategic decision-making.
- Create and automate KPIs and analytical workflows using Databricks jobs and orchestration.
- Develop high-impact Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive storytelling.
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) to measure impact.
- Conduct ad hoc deep-dives to identify performance drivers and new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven product and business initiatives.
- Present findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of analytical experience in a business or data science environment.
- Strong proficiency with Databricks and SQL (advanced query optimization & analytics).
- Python expertise for EDA and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, statistical libraries).
- Tableau for dashboards and automated business reporting.
- Advanced Excel for quick modeling and complex analytics.
- Understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and experimentation.
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud-based data environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or another quantitative
field
