Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior AI/ML Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that power JobBricks’ talent-matching and hiring products. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training models, experimenting with algorithms, evaluating performance using statistical methods, and optimizing systems for scalability and accuracy. The role involves close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, maintain production-grade ML pipelines, and contribute to architecture and roadmap decisions. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will also mentor team members, review code and model designs, and stay current with advances in AI/ML to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, Algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Expertise in Machine Learning and AI, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with practical experience building end-to-end models.
- Solid background in Statistics and quantitative analysis for model evaluation, experimentation, and performance optimization.
- Experience with modern ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices in production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and mentor other engineers.
- Experience in building recommendation systems, search, or matching algorithms is a plus.
