Role Description This is a full-time, on-site .NET Developer role based in Ahmedabad. The .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code. Daily responsibilities include participating in requirement analysis, implementing new features, resolving bugs, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, writing unit tests, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. The developer will also support deployment activities and help improve development processes and tooling over time.
Qualifications
- Strong programming foundations and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core.
- Practical experience building web applications with ASP.NET MVC or related web frameworks.
- Ability to work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and write optimized queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of software design principles, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, front-end integration, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage.
- Interest in continuous learning and keeping up with evolving .NET and software development best practices.
