About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can develop strong brand positioning, communication strategies and campaigns that help businesses stand out and grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop brand strategy, positioning and communication frameworks.
* Plan and execute brand and product launch campaigns.
* Conduct market, competitor and audience research.
* Develop campaign concepts, messaging and creative direction.
* Define brand tone, personality and key communication pillars.
* Work closely with creative, content and marketing teams.
* Translate business objectives into clear marketing and brand strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure consistency of brand communication across all touchpoints.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in brand strategy/marketing.
* Strong experience in launch campaigns.
* Excellent understanding of positioning, consumer behaviour and communication.
* Strong strategic and creative thinking.
* Ability to convert insights into actionable campaigns.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Agency, startup or fast-growing company experience is preferred.
