We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, enterprise application development, backend technologies, databases, and modern frontend development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle, Apache Kafka, and React JS, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java enterprise applications.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Write clean, optimized, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance through code refactoring, tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Work extensively with Oracle databases, including SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Teams, Architects, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to frontend development using React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
