- 10+ years of experience in backend software development, with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Proven experience designing and delivering micro-services architectures and distributed systems
- Deep understanding of REST API design, OpenAPI (Swagger), and API security (OAuth2, JWT)
- Track record of leading large-scale projects and cross-functional technical efforts
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and data integrity requirements in fintech applications
- Comfortable with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
