We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager who can lead end-to-end technical projects, coordinate with global stakeholders, and manage project governance with strong communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of infrastructure environments, especially Linux, and must be comfortable managing technical teams (no hands-on engineering required).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Handle complete project budgeting, cost governance, and resource planning.
Coordinate and host all project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across Japan and global teams.
Ensure effective communication in both Japanese and English.
Oversee technical teams working in Linux, Middleware, and Infrastructure domains.
Provide project documentation, status reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
