Forward Deployed Engineer - NYC / SF / London
We're building infrastructure that helps AI agents actually understand and reason over enterprise data, not just retrieve it. Founded by experienced infrastructure engineers, funded, and already live with real enterprise customers.
We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical side of our enterprise deals. Not a sales role, not a delivery role. You run the demos, own proofs of value end to end, hold your own with senior technical stakeholders, and feed what you learn back into the product. Some travel required.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years total experience, with real hands-on technical or data work before moving customer-facing
- Enterprise B2B background: comfortable with long sales cycles and technical buyers
- Track record turning technical proofs of concept into signed deals
- Strong grasp of modern data infrastructure and how AI/LLM systems get deployed in production
- Comfortable holding a room and being the only company person on site
Nice to have: data infrastructure, knowledge graph, or semantic layer experience; regulated industry deployments; enough Python or SQL to prototype live; early-stage startup experience.
