Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor – PeopleSoft HCM (Benefits Administration) – Remote
Location: Remote (Nova Scotia, Canada)
Job Description:
Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join a dynamic team implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM — including Benefits Administration (Ben Admin), Workforce Administration, Position Management, Compensation Management, Time and Labor, Employee/Manager Self-Service, and North American Payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support PeopleSoft HCM with a focus on Benefits Administration and Base Benefits
- Troubleshoot event processing (Open, Prepared, Enrolled, Closed, Finalized) and resolve eligibility, enrolment, coverage, and deduction issues
- Maintain benefit programs, plan types, eligibility rules, rates, and coverage codes
- Run/support the Benefits Administration (BAS) process and reconcile Benefits-to-Payroll discrepancies
- Lead Open Enrolment configuration, testing, and production support
- Use PeopleSoft Query/SQL for troubleshooting and reporting
- Independently own Benefits-related incidents, enhancements, and client-facing communication
Required Skills:
- 5–8+ years hands-on PeopleSoft HCM, with strong Benefits Administration/Base Benefits experience
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, current PeopleTools (8.61+)
- Strong SQL and PeopleSoft Query skills
- Benefits/Payroll integration expertise
- Experience with large-scale Open Enrolment and Fluid Benefits Enrolment
- Production support/managed-services background
- Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
