Our client is currently delivering a project and are looking for an Apache Airflow Data Integration consultant to come in and work part-time (2 days per week) and assess the clients architecture and lead them to implement the platform in the best possible way.
Key Skills:
- Apache Airflow expertise – Strong hands-on knowledge of Airflow architecture, plugins, DAGs, sensors, and best-practice implementation.
- Data engineering & pipeline migration – Ability to assess existing architectures and lead the migration of data pipelines, with strong Python/Bash skills and experience integrating systems such as Oracle and sFTP.
- Technical consulting & training – Ability to assess client needs, guide implementation decisions, and deliver structured instructor-led training with hands-on labs to enable teams to work independently.
Contract Details:
- This position will be paying up to €310 per day
- Initial contract is for 5 weeks and then there's movement to a long term project.
- 2 days per week onsite in Rome
