About the job
Salesforce Developer / Systems Integration Specialist

Location: Remote Working Hours: European hours Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're hiring a Salesforce Developer / Systems Integration Specialist to join our team remotely, working European hours. This role sits at the intersection of coding, integration architecture, and Salesforce development — you'll be the person who connects systems together and makes them talk to each other cleanly. We're specifically looking for someone with a strong technical core and sharp communication skills — someone who can work independently, explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and move fast using modern tooling, including AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems

- Develop and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Own system integration projects end-to-end — from architecture through deployment

- Work directly with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently

- Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development where appropriate

- Document technical work clearly for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements

- Exceptional communication skills — comfortable working async and in real time with remote, international teams

- Strong coding background, ideally with hands-on experience in systems integration (API-led integration, message queues, CI/CD pipelines, connecting disparate platforms)

- Comfortable with AI-assisted / "vibe coding" tools, or technically sharp enough to pick them up quickly (e.g., Claude Code)

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical problems

Nice-to-Have

- Salesforce platform experience — Apex (Salesforce's programming language) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)

- Experience with message brokers / event-driven architecture (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS)

- Prior experience in a lead or mentorship capacity on integration projects

What Makes a Great CandidateWe're looking for someone in the mold of our best hires — technically strong, easy to communicate with, and able to pick up new tools and platforms quickly rather than needing deep specialization in every required technology upfront. Deep Salesforce (Apex/LWC) experience is a plus, but strong integration engineers with adjacent skill sets are encouraged to apply.
