A fast-scaling enterprise B2B SaaS company in intelligent process automation and low-code BPM is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support its global Sales organization.
This is a hands-on Sales Ops role owning deal desk support, Salesforce hygiene, order form execution, and sales performance reporting. You will be the connective tissue between Sales and RevOps, running the day-to-day processes and systems that let sellers close faster.

- Support deal desk operations: non-standard deal review, discount approvals, and coordination with Finance and Legal
- Maintain sales process documentation, playbooks, and stage-gate definitions against RevOps SOPs
- Escalate process bottlenecks that slow deal velocity or create downstream data quality issues
Salesforce and CRM data
- Act as the Sales team's primary Salesforce resource for opportunity hygiene, pipeline data accuracy, and CRM workflow adherence
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering pipeline, activity, and quota attainment
- Partner with the Salesforce Admin to translate Sales requirements into system configuration
Sales enablement
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing enablement for new Sales hires: tool access, process walkthroughs, and documentation
- Maintain the sales enablement library: pitch decks, order form templates, pricing guides, and SOPs
- Serve as first point of contact for Sales questions on process, tools, and deal execution
Sales reporting and analytics
- Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports on pipeline, bookings, win/loss, and rep-level activity
- Support quarterly business reviews and board reporting with clean, well-structured sales data
- Analyze sales cycle trends, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to surface insights for leadership
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on Salesforce experience: reports, dashboards, and opportunity management
- Familiarity with order form and contract processes in B2B SaaS
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities to deadline
- Clear communicator who can turn operational complexity into simple guidance for sellers
Preferred
- Experience supporting an enterprise B2B Sales team in SaaS or recurring revenue
- Exposure to deal desk, CPQ, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflows
- Familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools such as Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
