【Responsibilities】
This opening is within the Engineering Solution Service (ESS) Division, a unit specializing in client services for the manufacturing sector. As a full-time software engineer within the ESS team, you will drive technical success across diverse projects for major manufacturers and specialized software vendors.
Client domains range from automotive, construction machinery, and medical devices to industrial machinery and high-growth deep-tech startups. Your scope covers core software engineering deliverables: requirements definition, system design, core development, and technical research.
Backing this division is a parent brand with a 60+ year global track record in workforce solutions. 【Required】
Technical Skills:
・Experience coding in any of the following programming languages:
Java, C, C#, C++, Python
・Experience developing applications using Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases
・Teamwork, reporting, and interpersonal skills (with users)
Language Skills: Proficiency sufficient to work independently in a Japanese-language work environment (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1)
【Preferred】
In addition to the required skills, candidates with the following experience and skills are highly encouraged to apply:
・Programming skills (JavaScript (Vue.js/Nodejs, etc.), TypeScript, etc.)
・Knowledge of infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Linux, etc.)
