Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our manufacturing plant at Halol, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will oversee plant-wide quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead the QA/QC team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee quality checks across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.
Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001.
Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits with clients and certification bodies.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and execute Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Define and track quality KPIs; generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Manage customer complaints, quality documentation, and resolution processes.
Mentor, train, and supervise the QA/QC team.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for process enhancements.
Candidate Profile:
Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
Experience: 7 to 10 years in manufacturing setup (Electrical components/conductor manufacturing preferred).
Key Skills: QMS, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, RCA, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, Team Management.
