About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our engineering team in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in frontend and backend development, experience building scalable web applications, and a strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic.
- Work with databases to design efficient data models and queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of features from development through deployment.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Full Stack / Software Development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of Git and software development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, or Python.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations is a plus.
