The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and an interest in developing their skills while working alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams.This position is a great opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience with branding, digital content, layouts, and visual communication.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for websites, digital platforms, marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
- Assist with the development of graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other creative materials.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across different projects and platforms.
- Support senior designers with ongoing design projects and creative initiatives.
- Translate design briefs and project requirements into clear visual concepts.
- Make design revisions based on feedback from designers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize design files and digital assets for production.
- Assist with creating visual content for email campaigns, presentations, and digital communications.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, imagery, color, and overall visual style.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to creative discussions.
- Assist with updating existing visual materials and templates.
- Research design trends and visual references to support creative development.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and other internal teams.
- Manage assigned design tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Perform other design-related duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand feedback and incorporate revisions effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating design work is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Figma or other collaborative design platforms.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience creating social media or digital marketing graphics.
- Basic knowledge of responsive digital design.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Basic motion graphics or video-editing skills are a plus.
