Position: Salesforce Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to join a remote team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing, SOQL, and test automation, with expertise in either Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Selenium. You will work closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other QA professionals to deliver high-quality Salesforce releases.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce data and application behavior using SOQL queries.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Selenium.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release validation activities.
- Improve overall test coverage, automation efficiency, and testing processes.
- Support API testing and integration validation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce QA and automation practices.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of QA Automation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Testing
- Strong knowledge of SOQL
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) OR Selenium
- Experience with API Testing
- Experience with Git
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
