Senior Sales – Cross-Border Payments

I am hiring a Senior Sales professional to drive growth across cross-border payments, focused on corporate clients in the region.
This role is suited to someone with a strong track record selling international payment solutions to mid-market and large corporates, and who understands the complexity of FX, liquidity, treasury, and global payment flows.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts using cross-border payment solutions
- Drive new business through strategic prospecting and existing relationships
- Sell complex payment solutions including international transfers, FX, and treasury-related products
- Work closely with product, implementation, and compliance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
Requirements
- Proven experience selling cross-border payments (this is essential)
- Strong background selling to corporate clients
- Experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of international payment rails and FX concepts
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
