We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Data Analyst with 8–10+ years of strong data experience to support manufacturing analytics and AI initiatives.
This is a true Data Science role focused on turning complex, messy manufacturing data into actionable insights, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions.
🔹 Job Functions
- Translate manufacturing and business problems into analytical use cases
- Work with MES, quality, equipment, maintenance, and production data
- Build data models, analytical datasets, and data pipelines
- Perform statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, forecasting, optimization, and experimentation
- Develop predictive/prescriptive models for downtime, scrap, defects, bottlenecks, yield, and predictive maintenance
- Use SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks to analyze and process large datasets
- Assess data quality, lineage, missingness, bias, and readiness for modeling
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports
- Productionize models and analytics with Data Engineering and Manufacturing IT teams
- Explore and develop AI applications and innovative data-driven solutions
- Monitor model performance, data drift, pipeline health, and business impact
- Partner with plant operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and IT teams
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
