I'm hiring on behalf of a well-funded AI startup backed by leading technology investors, building next-generation infrastructure that helps organizations optimize AI model training and deployment.
We're looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (Post-Sales) who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with enterprise customers, and deploying production-scale AI infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and production rollouts.
✅ Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout their deployment journey.
✅ Design scalable, secure infrastructure across:
• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Microsoft Azure
• On-Prem Kubernetes Environments
✅ Architect distributed systems involving compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure automation.
✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
✅ Travel to customer sites when required for strategic deployments.
Requirements
✔ 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as:
- Forward Deployed Engineer
- Solutions Engineer
- Customer Engineer
- Technical Implementation Engineer
✔ Strong experience with:
- Distributed Systems
- Kubernetes
- Hybrid & On-Prem Infrastructure
- Machine Learning Infrastructure
- Data Pipelines
- Infrastructure-as-Code
✔ Deep expertise in:
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud Platform
- Networking
- IAM
- Storage
- Compute
✔ Programming experience in:
- Python
- SQL
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
