🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents with design-partner customers and drive measurable revenue impact.
This is a high-agency engineering role where you’ll work directly with customers, rapidly ship agent improvements, and bridge the gap between AI engineering, customer needs, sales, and business outcomes.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Deploy and iterate on AI agents for account strategy, prospecting, outbound emails, LinkedIn DMs, call preparation, and follow-ups.
- Work directly with customers through Slack, calls, and rapid feedback loops.
- Translate customer pain points into production agent improvements.
- Build AI agents that automate nuanced SDR workflows.
- Develop evaluations, trust calibration, and mechanisms for agents to improve over time.
- Own deployment outcomes end-to-end with high autonomy.
- Target measurable outcomes such as 5x meetings booked within a one-month trial.
- Communicate with sales teams, engineers, and executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities and rapidly ship improvements based on real-world customer feedback.
✅ Key Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally as a Technical Founder, Founding Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or high-performing Product/Full-Stack Engineer.
- 3–8 years of relevant full-stack/product engineering experience with customer-facing agentic deployment or FDE experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping production AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Strong AI-native skills including:
- Prompt engineering
- Tool use
- Agent evaluations
- Trust calibration
- Experience responding to customer feedback with rapid production changes.
- High agency and comfort operating without a predefined playbook.
- Strong communication across technical, business, sales, and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with GTM/sales workflows.
- Technical degree preferred.

- Candidates who require heavy PM/manager direction or a predefined playbook.
